Catio / Cat Lean to 12ft x 6ft x 7.5ft tall

This Catio / Cat lean to is perfect for letting your house cats safely explore your garden.

It gives them a means of exercise and to play and enjoy life. 

 This Catio is approx. 6ft Wide, 12FT Long and 7FT5" tall.

External sizes are:

Depth (2 sides): 192.5cm Approx.

Width (1 side): 376cm Approx.

Height (without roof): 225cm Approx.

Height (tallest point of mesh roof): 230cm Approx.

Height (tallest point of waterproof roof): 242cm Approx.

Please note these sizes are not exact.

 All our enclosures come with a door panel.

There is also the option to add either a small or large shelf pack.

A large pack includes 12 shelves, 2 corner shelves, 2 ladders, 2 rope bridges & 1 sleeping box.

A medium pack includes, 9 shelves, 1 ladder & 1 rope bridge.

A small pack includes 5 Shelves and 1 ladder.

You can also add rope bridges and sleeping boxes.

If you don't select these extras the run will not come with any.

This comes with a waterproof roof draining away from the property.

Our waterproof roof panels are made by mounting either clear PVC or black Onduline waterproof sheeting to a mesh panel.

Please select which roof colour you would like on the drop down provided. There is an option for a mesh roof too. 

The roof panels are not self supporting and will need fixing to the wall.

This is made using a 16G fully galvanised wire.

Please select what hole size wire you would prefer on your run on the drop downs provided.

We must advise that 16G wire is fox / dog proof and is safe to use for cats.

We use a 2" x 2" timber framing that is pressure treated and then coated in an animal friendly stain

You can add fox guarding to this run on the drop down provided.

Fox guarding stops foxes and similar animals from being able to dig down and under the side panels and into the run.

Our fox guarding is made of strips of 10" wide 2" x 2" 16G wire mesh which is pegged to the earth.

Our panels come flat packed and are quite simple to put together, however we do offer a fitting service to certain areas of the UK.

This is where our personal driver delivers the run and puts it up for you at the time of delivery. 

This service can be added in the drop down provided. Please see our terms and conditions and to discover which zone your address falls under in the delivery and fitting tab provided. 

For this service, we do need to see a photo of the intended area. This is to ensure all will fit as it should & overcome any potential issues before the fitting day.

Fitting yourself - please ask a member of team for instructions - we have short YouTube videos to help with the build. 

A member of the team will happily talk you through anything, should you need our help. We are only a phone call away. 

We use numerous delivery services such as Pallex, DX or own personal drivers. 

If delivered on a pallet this is a curb side delivery. This will be dropped on your drive for you to move and unload.

DX will happily take delivery instructions to leave safe & you do not have to be present. 

Our Drivers call with an ETA on the day, there contact number will be confirmed the day before delivery & they will also leave in a safe, just advise them on any instructions when they call. 

The delivery options are organised by our logistics team & location permitted. We will always be confirmed when your goods are ready to leave us & by what carrier. 

Free delivery excludes postcodes - AB, IV, PH, PA, KY, KA, BT, IM, Selected PO and all other offshore addresses.

Please be aware that although our products state they are "in stock" all products are made to order.

This means there is up to a 4 - 5 week production time on all of our runs.
